  • Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain products, such as intimate apparel, personal care items, and items of a sensitive nature, are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance and clarification on return eligibility.

  • Return Process: If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue you a return authorization number (RA number). Please do not return any items without obtaining the RA number.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) back to us unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • Refund Exceptions: We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria or have been used, damaged, or tampered with. Refunds may also be subject to deductions if the returned item(s) are not in their original condition or if any accessories or components are missing.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may request supporting documentation, such as photographs or videos, to assess the damage or defect. Once the damage or defect is verified, we will provide you with options for a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate apparel, personal care items, and items of a sensitive nature, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please contact our customer support team for more information regarding non-returnable items.
